 A NEW BETTER WAY TO KEEP KIDS ACTIVE & PLAYING! 
The 'Inactivity Pandemic' is hard to beat.  Getting kids active and KEEPING them active is a big challenge. It is so easy for kids to sit and just move...their thumbs...using electronic devices
Having fun while playing a sport is also very difficult. We tend to rush kids into more competitive situations. We look for kids to pick up basic skills and compete...quickly. This is a failing approach. As Billie Jean King says, "When 9 out of 10 balls are mishits, sport is not fun."
PHIT America has overcome both of these issues with our 3-STEP Pathway to Healthy Living. 
First, we start kids in our core running walking fitness program, AMPED. We have added Billie Jean King's Sweet Spot Training System.  Kids learn hand-eye coordination which is so important for life skills...and sport skills. 
Second, we give kids the opportunity to learn basic skills in life-time sports through our PLAY TENNIS and PLAY GOLF Programs.  Kids have fun learning these sports in a new way.  
The Third Step, we hand off our PLAY TENNIS and PLAY GOLF participants to local community programs.  
 3-STEP PATHWAY GETS KIDS ACTIVE...AND KEEPS THEM ACTIVE
