Do you know that 80% of all children are at risk of disease due to physical inactivity? And that there are 30 million Donate New Bluechildren (or 2/3rds of all children) who are not active to healthy standards?

Getting our children active and physically fit produces tremendous benefits not only for the present but for the future, as well.  By introducing children to the benefits of physical activity, they will be active, fit and healthy for the rest of their lives. Below are some of the many benefits.

  3. Stronger Bones: Exercise builds strong bones. This helps with everything from how tall you stand to your overall strength.
